14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Full refund within 14 days of first purchase if unsatisfied

1. Refund Eligibility

Refundable Cases

  • First Purchase: Unsatisfied within 14 days of first purchase
  • Technical Issues: Service unavailable due to system failures
  • Accidental Purchase: Wrong package purchased (within 48 hours)
  • Duplicate Charges: Duplicate billing due to system errors

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Packages with over 50% credits already used
  • Purchases older than 14 days (except first purchase)
  • Account banned for Terms of Service violations
  • Subscription auto-renewals (but can cancel future renewals)
  • Expired credits

2. Refund Process

Step 1: Submit Refund Request

Include in email:

  • Your account email
  • Order number or transaction ID
  • Reason for refund (brief explanation)
  • Purchase date

Step 2: Review Process

  • We will review your request within 2 business days
  • If additional information is needed, we will contact you via email
  • Confirmation email will be sent upon approval

Step 3: Refund Delivery

  • Credit Card: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 1-3 business days
  • Other Methods: Depends on payment channel

Important Notice

After refund is processed, all remaining credits in your account will be cleared. If you repurchase later, previous credits will not be restored.

3. Partial Refunds

For cases with partially used credits, we may offer partial refunds:

Refund Amount = Purchase Price ร— (Remaining Credits / Total Credits)

Example

  • Package purchased: $29 (850 credits)
  • Credits used: 300
  • Remaining: 550 credits (64.7%)
  • Refund amount: $29 ร— 64.7% = $18.76

*Partial refunds only apply to requests within 14 days of first purchase

4. Subscription Cancellation and Refunds

4.1 Subscription Cancellation

  • Can cancel subscription anytime in account settings
  • After cancellation, no charge for next billing cycle
  • Service and credits remain available through current period
  • Subscription automatically terminates at end of current period

4.2 Subscription Refund Policy

  • First Subscription: Full refund within 14 days (if credits usage < 50%)
  • Renewal Subscriptions: No refund, but can cancel future renewals anytime
  • Yearly Subscriptions: Prorated refund for unused months (minus 10% processing fee)

4.3 Yearly Subscription Early Cancellation Example

  • Purchased: Growth Yearly $470 (12 months)
  • Used: 3 months before requesting cancellation
  • Used amount: 3 ร— $39 = $117
  • Remaining: 9 ร— $39 = $351
  • Refund: $351 - 10% = $315.90

5. Special Circumstances

5.1 Service Outage

If service is unavailable for more than 24 hours due to system failures, we will:

  • Extend credit validity for all users (equivalent days)
  • Or provide additional credit compensation
  • Affected users may apply for prorated refund

5.2 Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are consistently unsatisfied with generated image quality:

  • First contact support: support@jewelrygendna.com
  • We will provide manual optimization service (free)
  • If still unsatisfied, may apply for refund

5.3 Fraud or Abuse

If fraudulent refund requests or policy abuse is detected:

  • Refund request will be denied
  • Account may be suspended or terminated
  • We reserve the right to take legal action

6. Refund Exceptions

The following are excluded from refund policy:

  • Promotional packages purchased during sales (unless explicitly stated as refundable)
  • Credits or packages purchased through third-party channels
  • Bonus credits (registration bonus, referral rewards, etc.)
  • Enterprise custom plans (separate contract)
  • Downloaded generated images do not affect refund eligibility, but must be deleted after refund
