JewelryGenDNA ("the Service") is an AI-powered jewelry image generation platform that provides professional product image generation services for jewelry merchants and brands.

By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• One email address can only register one account

3.1 Credit System

• The Service uses a credit-based system where generating images consumes credits
• Credits can be obtained by purchasing credit packs or subscription plans
• New users receive 100 bonus credits, valid for 30 days
• Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable for cash

3.2 Credit Validity

• One-time credit packs: Valid for 30-90 days (depending on package)
• Subscription credits: Auto-refill monthly, valid for current month
• Expired credits will be automatically cleared without refund

3.3 Payment

• We use Creem (PCI DSS Level 1 Certified) as our payment processor
• We accept credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods
• All payment data is transmitted via SSL/TLS encryption
• We do not store your full credit card information
• All prices are displayed in USD
• Subscriptions auto-renew and can be cancelled anytime
• After cancellation, service remains available through current billing period

You agree not to:

• Abuse the Service for bulk generation and resale
• Generate illegal, infringing, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to crack or reverse engineer the Service
• Use automated tools to maliciously consume credits
• Share your account with others
• Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Service

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

5.1 Copyright of Generated Images

• You own the copyright to your uploaded original images
• You own the copyright to the generated images
• You may freely use them for commercial purposes without attribution
• We will not use your images for other purposes (unless required by law)

5.2 Service Intellectual Property

• All technology, software, and interface designs of the Service belong to us
• Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution of the Service is prohibited

• The Service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties
• We do not guarantee 100% availability, error-free, or uninterrupted service
• Image quality depends on various factors; we strive to provide the best results
• You should judge whether generated images meet your requirements
• We are not liable for any losses resulting from use of the Service

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service at any time
• We will provide advance notice of major changes (via email or in-app notification)
• You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time
• Upon account termination, unused credits will be forfeited
